📋 Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

⏰ Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour of purchase.

🎨 All of our products are printed on demand, which means each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. To ensure the fastest possible processing and delivery, your order is sent to production shortly after purchase.

⚠️ For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after the initial 1-hour cancellation window.

📦 Returns

❌ We do not accept returns for any orders.

Because every item is custom printed for each individual order, returned merchandise cannot be restocked or resold.

👀 Please review your order carefully, including size, color, and design, before completing your purchase.

🔄 Replacement Policy

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will provide a free replacement:

🚚 The item was damaged during production or shipping.
🖨️ The item has a printing defect (such as a faded, smudged, peeling, or significantly misaligned print).
🧵 The item has a manufacturing defect (such as holes, tears, or faulty stitching).
🔀 You received the wrong item or the wrong design.
📏 You received the wrong size or color due to our error.

📩 To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

🔢 Your order number
📸 Clear photos of the issue (including the product label and the affected area)
📝 A brief description of the problem

✅ Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for:

📐 Ordering the wrong size, color, or style. Please check our size chart before ordering.
✏️ Incorrect information provided by the customer (including shipping address or personalization details such as names, numbers, or text).
🖥️ Slight variations in print color compared to what appears on your screen, as colors may display differently across devices.
🎯 Minor variations in print placement or size, which are normal in the print-on-demand process.
🧺 Damage caused by improper washing or care (please follow the care instructions on the product label).
👕 Normal wear and tear or damage occurring after delivery.
💭 Change of mind after production has begun.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are only available in the following situations:

⏰ Your order is canceled within the 1-hour cancellation window.
🏭 We determine that we are unable to produce or fulfill your order.
🔧 A replacement cannot reasonably resolve a verified issue.

💳 If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
