The Philadelphia Eagles have officially traded star wide receiver A.J. Brown to the New England Patriots in exchange for a 2028 Jason Voorhees vs Michael Myers Epic Horror Battle T Shirt first round pick and a 2027 fifth round pick. The move, which is pending a physical, reunites Brown with Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel. Brown previously played for Vrabel during his first three seasons in the NFL. By trading the veteran playmaker after the June 1 checkpoint, Philadelphia avoids a major salary cap charge this season by splitting Brown's signing bonus proration over the next two years. The acquisition provides quarterback Drake Maye with a veteran weapon as the Patriots look to revitalize their offensive production for the upcoming 2026 season.
